In our first article about the planting process of mukau trees, we covered the area where we harvest fruits from mukau plus trees, extract the seeds out of the fruits and the further processing into tree seedlings. It was a quite cumbersome and delicate process.
In Part 2, we look into important factors to make the trees grow strong and to survive. Our afforestation company Better Globe Forestry has over the years with research and development developed ways for drip-irrigation, mulching of seedlings, spacing, pruning and thinning that work well for the tree species and the dry area they are planted.
